By accessing or using MetaClear (metaclear.app), operated by Qbler Technolabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

MetaClear provides free, browser-based privacy tools including:

• Image Sanitizer - Extract and remove metadata from images
• Digital Footprint Analyzer - View your browser fingerprint and privacy score
• Link Privacy Analyzer - Detect and remove tracking parameters from URLs

All tools process data locally in your web browser. No data is uploaded to our servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MetaClear only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal activity
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or harm our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems or bots to access our services excessively
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code (beyond what is visible in browser)
• Use our services to process images you don't have rights to

4. Intellectual Property

The MetaClear website, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Your content (images, URLs) remains your property. We do not claim any rights to content you process using our tools, nor do we access or store such content.

5. Your Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Any images you process using our Image Sanitizer
• Ensuring you have the right to modify images you process
• How you use cleaned images or URLs after processing
• Verifying that sanitized images meet your needs before sharing

We do not verify ownership or rights to content you process. You agree that processing content through MetaClear does not transfer any rights to us.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MetaClear is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• All metadata will be completely removed from every image format
• Our tracker database covers all possible tracking parameters
• Fingerprint detection is exhaustive or always accurate
• The service will meet your specific requirements

While we strive for accuracy and completeness, privacy tools cannot guarantee 100% protection. You should verify results before relying on them for sensitive purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaClear and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, privacy breaches resulting from tool limitations, or any other damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetaClear and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers:

• OpenStreetMap - For map tiles when displaying GPS coordinates
• Google Analytics - For anonymous usage statistics (optional)
• Cloudflare - For hosting and content delivery

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or availability.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of MetaClear at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may restrict access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Since we don't collect personal data, there is no account to terminate. You may stop using our services at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MetaClear shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

13. Severability
